This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through www.aidakids.com.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify:

  • Shipping addresses
  • Product selections
  • Quantities
  • Order details

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping may be available for select destinations and products. International availability will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Customs processing
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Aida Kids is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Aida Kids is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Returned shipments caused by customer error

Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, Aida Kids is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement occurring after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

We will reasonably assist customers in investigating carrier claims when possible.

Freight and Oversized Deliveries

Certain products may ship via freight carrier due to their size or weight.

For freight deliveries:

  • Customers must inspect packages before signing delivery documents.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt.
  • Failure to report visible freight damage at delivery may affect our ability to assist with claims.

If freight damage is discovered after delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs of both the packaging and product.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Additional shipping charges will not be incurred for split shipments initiated by Aida Kids.

Pre-Order Items

Products sold as pre-orders include estimated shipping dates.

Estimated shipping dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, Aida Kids may, at its discretion:

  • Hold the order until all items are available; or
  • Ship items separately.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a customer requests multiple shipments.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges.
  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Aida Kids is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Product size
  • Product weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Protection

Optional shipping protection may be offered during checkout.

If purchased, claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages may be subject to the terms of the shipping protection provider.

If shipping protection is declined, Aida Kids' responsibility ends once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
