Aida Kids Adventure Set Giveaway - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Aida Kids Adventure Set Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Aida Kids ("Sponsor"), Aida Kids LLC, 2801 W Coast Hwy, Newport Beach CA 92663, United States.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 19, 2026, upon publication of the official Instagram giveaway post and ends October 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

1. Visit @aidakidsplay on Instagram.

2. Find the official Adventure Set Giveaway post.

3. Leave a comment sharing your little one's favorite adventure.

One entry per person. Additional comments do not increase the chances of winning.

Participants are welcome to like the post, tag friends, share the Giveaway, and follow @aidakidsplay, but these actions are optional and do not provide additional entries.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one Aida Kids Adventure Set, including a 2-in-1 wooden balance bike and wicker basket.

Approximate retail value: $114.90.

The Sponsor will cover standard shipping to an eligible U.S. address. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 26, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted through a direct message from the official @aidakidsplay Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to complete any required verification, an alternate winner may be selected.

The Sponsor will never request credit card information or payment to claim the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the Giveaway's integrity, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsor, not Instagram, and release Instagram from responsibility related to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from the winner will be used to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor's privacy policy.

11. Winner Information

To request the winner's name, contact hello@aidakids.com within 30 days after the Giveaway ends, subject to applicable privacy laws.
