Aida Kids Monthly Adventure Set Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Aida Kids Monthly Adventure Set Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Aida Kids LLC, located at [INSERT BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Aida Kids LLC and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Periods

The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 and will continue on a monthly basis until terminated by the Sponsor.

Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final calendar day of that month.

Entries reset at the beginning of each month. Entries do not carry over into future monthly drawings. Individuals must submit a new entry during each month in which they wish to participate.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Aida Kids website, locate the Giveaway entry form, and submit a valid email address during the applicable monthly entry period.

Limit one entry per person and per email address during each monthly entry period.

Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, or improperly submitted entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Email and Marketing Consent

An entrant’s email address will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the potential winner.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing emails from Aida Kids is not required to enter or win. Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from Aida Kids and may unsubscribe at any time.

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Aida Kids Privacy Policy.

6. Prize

One winner will receive:

• One Sage Aida Kids Balance Bike
• One Aida Kids Woven Bike Basket

Together, these items are referred to as the Aida Kids Adventure Set.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $150.

One prize will be awarded during each monthly Giveaway period. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Standard shipping to an eligible U.S. address is included. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.

The random drawing will take place after the monthly entry period closes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that month.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry within three business days after the applicable monthly entry period closes.

The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven calendar days of the date the email is sent. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide a valid U.S. shipping address, and complete an eligibility or prize-acceptance form.

If the potential winner:

• Does not respond within seven calendar days
• Cannot be contacted
• Is determined to be ineligible
• Fails to provide the requested information
• Declines the prize
• Does not comply with these Official Rules

then the potential winner will forfeit the prize. Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries received for that monthly period.

Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are filtered into spam or junk folders, blocked, undeliverable, or sent to an incorrect email address provided by the entrant.

9. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to interfere with the entry process, manipulate the Giveaway, submit fraudulent entries, violate these Official Rules, or act in an abusive or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Aida Kids LLC and its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications. Sponsor is also not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, website errors, email delivery issues, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for Giveaway-related purposes without additional compensation.

Any additional use of the winner’s image, likeness, or personal story will be subject to separate permission from the winner.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Aida Kids LLC and not to Instagram or Meta.

13. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes arising from or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the state in which Aida Kids LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Winner Information

To request the name of a monthly winner, email Aida Kids through the contact information provided on the Aida Kids website. Requests must identify the applicable monthly Giveaway period.
